The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has issued notice that a third-party organization is sending informational flyers and other communication to providers offering services to assist in the expedition of HHSC's contracting and licensing processes. The state has asked that providers be aware that this information is not from HHSC, and that HHSC does not endorse services provided by third party organizations, nor does it ensure the accuracy or impact that those services might have on HHSC contacting and licensing process timelines.
