Webinar: The revised and updated Anti-kickback regulations and how they affect your agencies

The OIG and CMS have recently released major updated regulations for the Anti-kickback and Stark statute which revised a number of the existing safe harbors and exceptions and adopted several new safe harbors that can affect home health, personal care and hospice providers.  In this webinar, attorneys Michael Cook and Robert Liles will discuss these important developments to the Anti-kickback safe harbors.  The presenters will provide an in-depth discussion of these changes and discuss how providers should respond.
