Although we are currently fighting to delay RCD for Texas until March 2020, the choice period for Texas agencies will begin October 16th, 2019. It is critically important that all agencies make the right choice as your choice will lock you into a model that could put you out of business. TAHC&H recommends that agencies choose the PCR option for long term viability. The Executive directors from both Illinois and Ohaio will be on the webinar to discuss how their state’s choices impacted their agencies in order to help you make the best informed choice for RCD.

Our Federal Lobbyists, Executive Director and the president of NAHC, Bill Dombi, will discuss our advocacy strategy as it relates to our efforts to delay RCD.
