Part 1: June 10, 2020: Licensure Application/Renewals/Access/Payment Portal
The web-based system for Health and Human Services Commission, Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal (TULIP), was designed for licensed long-term care providers. This session will provide information on the use of this system including but not limited to the following: access to licensure information, licensure application and renewals, updates to the licensure information, user manual resource and payment portal use. HHSC will present useful information to clarify use of this portal.

Part 2: June 11, 2020: Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation Reporting
TULIP is the web-based licensure system for the Health and Humans Services Commission that was designed for licensed long-term care providers. This system is the required platform for providers to utilize when reporting abuse, neglect & exploitation (ANE) case including self-reporting to HHSC. This session will address the use of this portal for this purpose and how to access and complete the reporting requirements. HHSC will provide resource information and guidance on use of multiple users for this reporting requirements and efficient use of this portal.
