Webinar: Voluntary Disclosures – How Should Your Agency React When Something Goes Wrong?

When:  Oct 5, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM (CT)

Many health care organizations discover issues within their systems or agencies that they believe may potentially run afoul of the myriad of regulatory prohibitions, including those that may constitute fraud and abuse. The OIG has developed a formal program under which organizations that discover such violations can voluntarily report these issues and potentially receive reduced penalties. Similarly CMS has developed a mechanism to formally disclose Stark violations. This webinar will discuss these programs and factors to consider in deciding whether to avail your organization of these processes.
