Many health care organizations discover issues within their systems or agencies that they believe may potentially run afoul of the myriad of regulatory prohibitions, including those that may constitute fraud and abuse. Similarly CMS has developed a mechanism to formally disclose Stark violations. This webinar will discuss these programs and factors to consider in deciding whether to avail your organization of these processes.
