After spending 11 years at a large Texas Agency as a Billing, Payroll and EVV Manager, I made the decision to step out and become an Agency Advocate and EVV Repair Consultant so that I could help ALL of the Texas Agencies who are struggling with the EVV Mandates. I provide wisdom to Texas Agencies for free, and when I do hands-on work for Agencies such as EVV Clean-up and Visit Maintenance Unlock requests, I charge a fee. In my rare spare time, I love to learn more about adult learning and take courses at my alma mater to enhance my knowledge of instructional design and training.
