Dear Members, HHSC has published an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Provider Policy Handbook as an online resource for providers using the EVV system. EVV is a computer-based system used to electronically verify the occurrence of authorized personal attendant service visits by documenting the precise time a service delivery visit begins and ends.
