Good news! There is now another way for Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice (TAHC&H) members to submit Regulatory Inquiries and Managed Care Organization Issues through the TAHC&H website! Log in to http://www.tahch.org, click on the “Regulatory” button, look at the left side of the drop down menu for “Regulatory Inquiry” and “MCO Issues”, and click on either one. This will open the selected page where a member can then fill out the form and submit to TAHC&H Regulatory. These forms are sent directly to TAHC&H Regulatory staff whom will respond to your online inquiry or MCO issue within 24 hours of receiving it.
By using these forms, members will help TAHC&H to analyze inquiries and issues for faster identification of; educational needs, regulatory problems, and whether or not issues are individualized or systemic.
These forms are not meant to supplant the TAHC&H forums, or the emails and telephone calls that members can make to TAHC&H Regulatory, members are highly encouraged to continue to use those avenues of contact as well.

- When a form is successfully submitted, you will receive an email automatically. This email contains the information submitted with the response.
- Members will be able to upload supporting documentation for a MCO Issue.
