Webinar: Hospice Special Focus Program

On December 14, 2023, Melinda Gaboury will be presenting on the Hospice Special Focus Program.  This CMS program is set to begin January 1, 2024 with the first quarter 2024 data being used to select the hospice providers for the Special Focus Program. This program is going to target hospice "poor performers" based on the CMS algorithm data identified in the CY 2024 Home Health Final Rule. This is vital education for all hospice providers. This webinar will provide hospices information on program details including selection criteria for the program, CMS public reporting, enforcement actions, provider completion of the program and provider termination from Medicare due to failure of the SFP program.
