For more than 40 years, the Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice's political advocacy efforts have ensured that its members have a strong voice in state and federal levels of government. We advocate through grassroots involvement, lobbying, monitoring issues, and the Home Care and Hospice Political Action Committee (PAC). The TAHC&H staff, Government Affairs Committee and our volunteer leaders work together to affect change on diverse industry issues at the state and federal levels of government.
How can you help?
TAHC&H members are encouraged to get involved in the political and legislative process by attending lobby days in Austin and Washington, D.C., getting to know their state and federal lawmakers, and donating to the Political Action Committee. To find out more ways to get involved, explore this site or contact Elyse Fulton, Advocacy and PAC Coordinator, at elyse@tahch.org.
