This hearing will cover HB 3982, relating to the administration and operation of the Mediciad program in a managed care model. TAHC&H is in strong support of this bill as it gives protections to providers operating in Medicaid managed care. Show your support of this bill by coming to the hearing!

This is not a rate hearing, but a hearing a proposed rule that reduces reimbursement rates for therapy assistants to 70 percent of the rate paid to a licensed therapist. It is urgent that you come to this rule hearing. TAHC&H will provide you with talking points for testimony.
