HHSC PUBLISHES PAYMENT RATES FOR INDIVIDUALIZED SKILLS AND SOCIALIZATION SERVICES EFFECTIVE JAN. 1, 2023

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has approved payment rates for Individualized Skills and Socialization in the Deaf Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD), Home and Community-based Services (HCS), and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) waiver programs, effective Jan. 1, 2023.
