Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) Rate Analysis Division (RAD) has released the rate packet for the July 19 rate hearing on therapies. The rate hearing packet and attachments for the July 19, 2017 rate hearing related to physical, occupational, and speech therapy services are now posted under the proposed effective date of September 1, 2017 at
