On Dec. 14, 2018, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) decommissioned the
YourTexasBenefitsCard.com website and the Interactive Voice Response system at 7:00 p.m., Central Time. We know this is how many of you verified Medicaid eligibility for your patients. HHSC put out this notice (
click here), but they did not send out a notification through the .gov delivery system.

click here) will provide you with instructions on how to use TMHP to verify eligibility. Please let us know if you have problems verifying your patients Medicaid eligibility through TMHP as we are concerned this may be a problem. If it is one, then TAHC&H will need to notify HHSC.
